Submitting a form or message constitutes an enquiry, not an automatic confirmed booking. Appointments are confirmed once our team responds with an agreed time. Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you.

Cancellation information

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact Galpero as early as possible by phone, email, WhatsApp or Viber. Late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future booking availability. Specific cancellation windows may be communicated when your appointment is confirmed.
